Travel with Confidence

Travel with Confidence

It goes without saying, but it’s worth saying in every way: your safety—along with the safety of our employees, partners, and local communities—will always be our top priority. This is what makes our Travel with Confidence policy so important.

Ultimately, it represents all the extensive health and safety measures we implement throughout your journey—from the moment you arrive to the final farewell embrace. Our commitment is to keep you safe while ensuring you have the best travel experience possible.

Safety First, Second, Third, and Fourth…

Smaller is Better

Our small group sizes (typically 12 travelers) bring you closer to the world and the people you travel with, while also providing more personal space than a large group ever could.

Our Expert Guides

Our Experience Directors are responsible for ensuring you have the time of your life—which includes keeping you safe and happy while making sure that all local protocols are followed.

With their local knowledge, the support of our 24/7 global field team, and their health and safety training, they will continue doing everything possible to help you enjoy your adventure with confidence and peace of mind.

Rest Well

We carefully select our accommodation partners and work closely with them to ensure your health and safety are prioritized.

Since we travel in small groups, we stay in smaller hotels, which typically means fewer guests and a more personalized experience.

Eat Well (and Safely)

Food is one of the main reasons we travel—which is why we ensure that every dining experience meets high hygiene standards so you can enjoy your meals with confidence.

More About Our Travel with Confidence Policy

Global Connection Officers (GCOs)

Our GCOs (the people who answer when you call) are available 24/7 to help you with any questions before your trip, ensuring you feel confident and secure before departure.

They stay up to date on local regulations and restrictions and will guide you through your travel process smoothly.

Prepare Before Departure

Our GCOs will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable, safe, and well-informed before your journey begins.

However, certain responsibilities fall on the traveler, including:

  • Securing the appropriate entry documents for the country you are visiting.
  • Understanding the most up-to-date health and travel requirements for your destinations (as these may change frequently).

To help you prepare, we provide all essential travel information in advance, along with extra travel tips to make planning even easier.

My Own Room Option

If you’re joining one of our small group tours, good for you!

We offer a My Own Room option (subject to availability) for those who prefer extra privacy. If you’d like your own space—including a private bathroom—we highly recommend choosing this option.

When to Contact Our Experience Directors
