The initial deposit is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes situations such as medical emergencies, as we do not accept medical notes or documentation as justification for refunds.

The deposit is immediately used to secure permits, entrance tickets, campsite reservations, hotels, trains, and to hire service providers. These expenses are non-refundable for us; therefore, unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

The cost is not for us but is used to purchase new tickets, as the original tickets (reserved for your initial date) are lost and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
