Pick up from your hotel, train to KM104 – the start of the 1 day Inca Trail trek to Winay Wayña You will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley and taken to the train station. From here you will enjoy a train ride to the starting point of the KM104 and after passing through the checkpoint you are ready to start your short Inca Trail.
