Enjoy a private tour to the Humantay Lagoon. 4:00 a.m. We will pick you up at your hotel and we will go by car to the beginning where we will have our breakfast, then we will ascend in a walking tour of 1 hour and 20 minutes (5 kilometers) approximately from the town of Soraypampa. on the way going you will be able to appreciate the wonderful snowy Salkantay, once you will arrive to the upon part you will enjoy the view of Humantay Lake next to the the Imposing Snowy Salkantay then we will return to have our lunch and our transport to Cusco

We will begin this exciting adventure by picking you up at your hotel and heading towards Mollepata. During the tour, you will be able to enjoy the impressive Andean landscapes.

Mollepata

After arriving in Mollepata, we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast before beginning our journey to the starting point of the hike.

Humantay Lake

Once we reach the end of our transportation tour, we will begin our walk to the Humantay Lagoon, where we will discover its landscape and its unique beauty. You will also have the opportunity to take photos to save this special memory.

Mollepata

After visiting this enigmatic place, we will head back to the starting point of the walk and then head to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch Buffet.

Once we have finished enjoying our lunch, we will head back towards the city of Cusco.

Can I store my luggage at your office?

Of course

During the trip, your main luggage can be stored at our office (you can organize it with us on the briefing day or by email) or at your hotel, both free of charge.

Any equipment that you won’t need on the trek can be stored safely in your hotel. Nearly every hotel will provide this service. Don’t leave items of value with your bags; put them in the hotel safe and obtain an itemized receipt (in the unlikely case of theft, many insurance companies require that you have a copy of the receipt itemizing everything). It’s best to put items such as credit cards inside a sealed, signed envelope for extra peace of mind.

Pick up of guests

Please note:

All pickups are within Cusco City, but we recommend booking a hotel in the historic center for its convenient location.
Our guide or staff will confirm the pickup time the day before the tour.
Due to traffic conditions, the pickup time may vary between 30 and 45 minutes.
Cusco is an old city and has many narrow cobbled streets. Some hotels and Airbnbs are located on streets without car access or on long, steep slopes, making it difficult to transport luggage. For such reasons, we strongly advise you to book accommodation with good access.

Group Tours

Group tours are made up of different types of people, then physical conditions and ages can vary. By agreeing to be part of a group tour, you also accept that some people may be faster or slower than you. Therefore, each person can go at their own pace on the route.

It may be the case that a group wishes to modify the tour; however, the guide will be the one who decides, after consulting with all the participants, if such modifications are possible.

Strikes and demonstrations

Strikes and demonstrations are common in Peru, and this may interrupt some of our tours. Roads can be blocked, and train tracks can be taken over. However, we will try to keep your trip as originally planned, even if it means leaving the night before the scheduled date.

Under these circumstances, tours may also be canceled. In case of changes or cancellations, everything will be coordinated with you by our operations department. Your safety is our highest priority, and our decisions will be made to protect it.

Lost objects

Please pay attention to where you leave your things and remember to take everything once you leave our transport, tents or restaurants. You’re the only one responsible for your objects during the tour.

      Impresionante experiencia.
Una de las mejores experiencias vividas, el Machupicchu es algo mágico. La organización por parte de Tunqui muy buena, respetaron nuestra petición de hacer las explicaciones también en Español. Pero lo realmente bueno fueron los guías Dani y Silvio siempre con una sonrisa, risas y ganas, nos enseño todos los encantos de la zona. Joel divertido y con buen trato hizo de las caminatas de largas horas en Machupicchu un paseo. Ampliamente formados e intentando que aprovecháramos al máximo la experiencia.       Todo acuerdo al Plan
Todo salió perfecto. Nuestro tour fue Privado a Machu Picchu nuestro guía, Huber, super atento. Todo se dio como estaba planeado. Nos pasaron a buscar por el hotel con puntualidad. El tren que va de Ollantaytambo a Aguas calientes es muy lindo. Fuimos en el 360 y las vistas son hermosas. Puntual y con buen servicio.       Mejor experiencia en peru
Gracias por ofrecer una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida. Silvio es un Guía excelente. Muy cercano y profesional. Sabe perfectamente como gestionar el grupo y tiene un conocimiento muy avanzado sobre la cultura Inca y de la zona donde transcurre el recorrido. Inti, su ayudante, también es un gran profesional. Siempre está muy atento a las necesidades de los clientes. La comida es deliciosa. Es impresionante como Sebastian prepara sus platos con tan poca infraestructura. Incluso tuvo el detalle de preparar un pastel por mi cumpleaños. Finalmente, tuve la suerte de compartir la experiencia con un gran grupo. La conexión que tuvimos en tan poco tiempo fue mágica.       Experiencia inolvidable.
La verdad que una experiencia inolvidable. Me sorprendió la organización y cada detalle a lo largo del viaje. Desde el día 1 nos brindaron información a cada momento. Nos trataron d maravillas cuando veíamos que no llegábamos, nos motivaban para seguir. La comida fue siempre en puntos muy altos, la frescura, cantidad y variedad hicieron d este viaje un 10.
